Winemaker - A partnership between cousins Salvo, Toti, Mario, and Giuseppe

Appellation - Trecastagni, Etna DOC, Sicily, Italy

Vineyard - Etna Barrus Estate

Alcohol - 14%

Vinification and Elevage - The character of soil type is of volcanic origin, mainly sandy and rich in organic mineral. Fermented in stainless steel tanks for fifteen days. Aged in French oak barrels and tonneaux for eighteen months, stainless steel tanks for two months, in bottle for a month.
